With over 100 locations worldwide, Teriyaki Experience is a Canadian restaurant franchise serving Japanese cuisine. Their younger target market is health conscious, on the go, and lives on social media.
Teriyaki Experience came to Navigator with a website which was built using Flash, a technology that is not supported on mobile devices. This was a serious challenge, as more than 60% of their website traffic was using a smartphone or tablet. We designed and developed a new website with the mobile user in mind. The new website features an interactive nutrition calculator, allowing the user to learn about Teriyaki Experience menu options and nutrition information. The store locator is optimized for search engines, allowing far greater search visibility in branded and non-branded search queries.
