Frequently Asked Questions

Our account managers have written and passed a series of Google exams in AdWords and Analytics. We meet advertising performance standards and ad spend minimums set by Google.
Facebook/Instagram Advertising. We will work with you to identify who you want to attract, and what you want them to do. Then we'll design our ad creative and conversion tracking around these objectives.
Our digital marketing services are month-to-month. This is more flexible for seasonal businesses or those looking to run a 3-6 month campaign. Some of our clients are on annual contracts but it is only by request.
There are 2 parts: Advertising Spend and Management. Ad Spend is billed directly through the active marketing channel (Google, Facebook). It is common for us to plan with the client and adjust the monthly ad spend more in some months and less in others. This amount is not fixed, but we will set a monthly limit that we can allocate across the active channels before getting started. Our management is invoiced one month in advance of service, and services are detailed out in a scope of work document before getting started. At the end of each month we will produce a report to review ad spend, performance, areas to improve on and more. 
All of our marketing campaigns include conversion tracking and reporting. We will work with you to define the conversion goals (ie. phone calls, form submits, sign ups, email subscribers, etc) and set these goals up in Google Analytics before getting started. AdWords offers free call tracking, but if we want to track call from other sources (organic, social, direct, etc) we will need to use a 3rd party. We recommend CallRail, and can assist in hooking up billing with them upon request.
