Email Account Setup In Windows 10 Mail App

Follow these instructions to adding your mail account in the Windows 10 Mail App. You can use this guide for either POP3 or IMAP setup.

1. Launch the Mail app

2. If it is your first time opening the mail app, click Add account. If you have opened the Mail app before or have another mailbox configured:

  • Click Settings (gear icon)
  • Click Accounts
  • Click Add Account

3. Under Choose an account, click Advanced setup at the bottom of the list

4. Select Internet email. Enter the following information:

  • Incoming email server: mail1.navigatormm.com
  • Account type: Select IMAP4 for IMAP or POP
    • if you’re not sure, select IMAP4
  • Email address: Your full email address
  • User name: Your full email address
  • Password: Your email password
  • Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: mail1.navigatormm.com
  • Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes
  • Use the same username and password for sending mail: Yes
  • Require SSL for incoming mail: Yes
  • Require SSL for outgoing mail: Yes

5. After entering the information, click Sign in > Done
